ANDY HATCHER
Andy Hatcher first started at Olympia in 2014 as a counselor and absolutely loved it. From 2015 through 2018 he worked as a summer assistant director helping out with many roles including Ropes AD and Point AD. Andy recently got married to Jasie Hatcher. They both joined as a year-round Assistant Director in 2021. Andy now serves as our Waterfront Director and oversees everything down at the Point.
Andy graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Industries and Agencies as well as a Masters Degree in Agricultural and Consumer Resources. While at Tarleton, he played football and lacrosse and was a member of Delta Chi.
While not at work, Andy can be found spending time with his wife, their 3 dogs Nala, Binelli, and Roscoe as well as their blue and gold macaw named Harley. He also loves to ride his horse named Pistol. His love for the water sports industry is big time. He has a passion for teaching people new sports on the water and loves to pass that passion along to our summer boat drivers.
Fun fact: Andy is an avid cowboy boot collector and shapes his own cowboy hats.
